Payment Options

At Durga Jewels by Mittal, we ensure a secure, transparent, and seamless payment experience for all our customers.

Payments can be made through the following methods, as supported by our payment gateway:

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

All transactions are processed through trusted, encrypted, and secure payment gateways.
Durga Jewels by Mittal does not store or have access to your card or banking details.
Your payment information remains safe, confidential, and protected at all times.

All jewellery pieces are made-to-order and customised as per client requirements.
An advance payment of 80% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation.
The remaining 20% balance payment must be completed before shipment, once the jewellery is ready for dispatch.
Orders are processed only after successful receipt of payment.

As jewellery is customised and handcrafted specifically for each client, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and moved into production.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the order enters the manufacturing stage.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we will offer repair or correction, subject to evaluation. Refunds are not applicable for customised jewellery.

Upon successful payment, an order confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Customers are advised to retain the confirmation details for future reference.
