2. Eligibility to Use the Website

3. Services Offered

​

Durga Jewels by Mittal specializes in custom-designed jewellery. We accept orders only through phone or WhatsApp at +91 83350 13055. All products sold through the website are made-to-order and tailored to customer specifications.

4. Order Placement & Payment

​

  • Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due when the custom jewellery is ready for shipment.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via GooglePay, RazorPay, UPI, and Bank Transfer.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed over the phone/WhatsApp, we will send you an order confirmation with details of the order, expected delivery date, and payment instructions.

5. Pricing and Availability

​

  • All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product availability, but we reserve the right to correct any errors.

6. Shipping

​

  • Processing Time: Custom jewellery is generally made within 20-25 days depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the size of your order, and will be added to the final invoice.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers such as Sequel, FedEx, and BlueDart for shipping within India.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Durga Jewels by Mittal. Any unauthorized use of our materials, products, or designs is prohibited.

8. Changes to the Website or Services

​

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website or our services at any time, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update or amend these T&C as necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.

9. Account Suspension or Cancellation

If you have an account with us, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account if you violate these T&C or engage in fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

10. Returns, Cancellations, and Modifications

  • Cancellations: Custom orders can only be canceled within 3 hours of placement, before production begins.

  • Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started.

  • Modifications: Custom orders can only be modified during the consultation phase. Changes to the design may not be possible once production has begun.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Durga Jewels by Mittal is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

  • We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of the content on our website.
