All of our products are custom-made based on the specifications discussed with you during the order process. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed and production has begun.

Once the production of your custom jewellery begins, we cannot offer refunds for any changes made to the design or product. Please ensure that all customisation details are thoroughly discussed and confirmed before placing the order.
