Since we accept orders via Phone/WhatsApp only, this Shipping Policy outlines the key details regarding the shipping process for our orders. Please review the information below to understand how we handle order fulfilment, shipping times, costs, and potential issues related to the shipping of your customised jewellery.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Placement & Processing

Order Process: Since we take custom jewellery orders via Phone/WhatsApp, you can reach us at +91 83350 13055 to discuss your order details, customisation preferences, and any questions you may have about your design.

Order Confirmation: Once we confirm the order details and customisation requirements with you over the phone, we will send an email or message confirming your order, expected processing time, and shipping information.

Processing Time: As each piece of jewellery is custom-designed and made, please allow 20 - 25 days for us to craft your order. The time needed may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.
2. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of order placement. This deposit confirms your commitment to the order and secures your spot in the production queue. The advance payment ensures that your custom jewellery will be crafted according to your specifications.

Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance will be due when your custom jewellery is completed and ready to be shipped. The balance must be paid in full before shipment can occur. We will notify you when your jewellery is ready for shipping and provide you with the total amount due.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via GooglePay, RazorPay, UPI, and Bank Transfer. Payment instructions for the advance payment will be provided during the order confirmation process. We will also share payment details for the final balance before shipment.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your custom order. The total shipping cost will be discussed and confirmed during the phone order process. The shipping cost will be added to your final invoice and will be included in the remaining 50% balance payment due before shipment.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for domestic orders within India. Delivery typically takes 5 - 7 business days after the order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Method: We ship all orders via Sequel, FedEx, and BlueDart. You will be provided with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
5. Order Tracking
Once your custom jewellery is shipped, we will send you tracking information via email or phone, allowing you to monitor the status of your order during transit.
6. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship your order within the specified time frame, delays may occur due to reasons outside of our control, such as adverse weather, customs delays, or shipping carrier issues. If any delays are expected, we will promptly notify you of the updated shipping estimate.
8. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Goods: If your custom jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. You may be asked to provide photographs of the damaged items and packaging. We will work to offer a resolution.

Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be located, we will assess the situation and offer a resolution.
9. Cancellations and Order Changes

Order Cancellations: Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations may not be possible. However, cancellations may be accepted within 3 hours of the order placement, before production starts. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Order Modifications: Custom orders can be modified during the initial consultation phase. After the order is confirmed and production has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
