• International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchange Policy

No Returns on Customised Jewellery

• As our jewellery is custom-made and crafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds on customised, engraved, resized, or made-to-order pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Kindly share clear unboxing photos and videos as proof.

• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or repair, as applicable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are not applicable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

• Any approved exchange will be processed only after the original item is received and inspected.
